Many physicians are now using testosterone and other anabolic steroids in the treatment of AIDS-wasting. This list consists of physicians who are progressive, however, they do not necessarily use the specific protocols PoWeR suggests. Some physicians may be reticent to suggest this therapy themselves, so it is important that you educate yourself so that you can talk to your doctor about these medications. We suggest you get a copy of the comprehensive PoWeR protocols, or the book called "Built To Survive", from the Houston Buyer's Club (800) 350-2392, which includes the protocols, and share them with your doctor. While there are many more doctors who prescribe anabolic steroids than the doctors named on this list, we only list doctors who have been referred to us. We also do not list some doctors whose policies are not in agreement with some of our basic philosophies. i.e doctors who require that you come into their clinic for steroid injections, which we feel is an unnecessary burden on you that may cost you more money.
