I am not a proponent of using soy as more than a food-condiment in small
quantities and then, I use it as a cultured soy product, rather than eating the
whole beans or using a soy protein powder.
While I there are two sides to this debate and I think that soy critics
sometimes go a little overboard, their points have merit and should be
considered. The soy industry is geared to produce more information that will
convince people and their doctors that soy is good food. I remain a doubter.
