SUGGESTED USAGE: Take 1 to 8 tablets, as desired, as a dietary supplement. Full potency is 8 tablets daily.

The tablets are food-based and designed to disintegrate rapidly (15 to 30 minutes) for fast, easy digestion. For best absorption, always take your vitamins immediately after meals.

Serving Size 8 Tablets (Eight tablets replaces about 30 tablets if these ingredients were taken separately. There are 87 ingredients.)

Available in 30, 60, 120, and 240 tablet bottles. Also available without iron in 120 tablets and 240 tablets. Note that the iron in this formula is iron carbonyl, which is considered to be many times less potentially toxic than other forms of iron.(1)

Comment: In this study, at 3000 mg of iron carbonyl per day for 28 days, the authors noted: "There was no evidence of hematologic, hepatic, or renal toxicity, but mild gastrointestinal side effects occurred in a majority of anemic volunteers. Carbonyl iron is an effective, inexpensive treatment for iron deficiency anemia, is accompanied by tolerable side effects and may have an advantage over therapy with iron salts by substantially reducing or eliminating the risk of iron poisoning in children."
